Introduction

Ingredients

    1 TB olive oil
    1/4 cup chopped green pepper
    2 TB chopped onion
    1 clove garlic, finely chopped
    1 16oz can tomatoes
    1 8oz can tomato sauce
    1/2 cup dry red wine
    3 TB snipped parsley
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/4 tsp. dried oregano
    1/4 tsp dried basil
    dash of pepper
    1 lb frozen cod/perch fillets
    1 41/2oz can of shrimp- drained
    1 71/2 oz can of minced clams- undrained

Directions

In heavy sauce pan saute green pepper, garlic, in olive oil. Add un-drained tomatoes, tomato sauce, wine, parsley,salt, oregano, basil nd a dash of pepper. Bring to a boil and reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. thaw Perch/cod, and shrimp. cut fish to small pieces and cook in broth for 5 minutes, Add shrimp and undrained clams, simmer for 3 minutes more and serve.
