Protein Bars

Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    1 cup oat flour
    2 scoops protein powder (chocolate or vanilla)
    3 Tbsp. cocoa powder
    1/2 tsp baking soda
    1/4 tsp salt
    1 cup Greek yogurt (plain)
    1 banana, mashed
    1/3 cup water

Tips

You can substitute 4 egg whites for the bananas. I make them both ways, depending on what I have on hand. Obviously the protein amount increases if you use the egg whites, but the calorie count per serving will be similar.


Directions

Mix all ingredients and pour into lightly greased 8-inch square pan. Bake at 350 for 20-30 minutes, or until done in center. Do not overcook! Store in refrigerator.
