Cheese Sauce

Ingredients

    3 tbsp butter
    3 tbsp flour
    1 cup cheese
    1/2 cups 2% milk
    dash salt and pepper (to taste)

Tips

Great drizzled over broccoli and baked potatoes. Also great with scrambled eggs.


Directions

Melt butter and whisk in flour. Cook for a minute or two. Stir in milk. Whisk occasionally until mixture boils. Then stir constantly until thickened. Add cheese and remove from heat; stir until smooth.
