Ingredients

    Coconut Oil, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Carrots, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    Onions, raw, .5 medium (2-1/2" dia) (remove)
    Ginger Root, 3 tsp (remove)
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Celery, raw, 4 stalk, medium (7-1/2" - 8" long) (remove)
    Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Salt - Table - 1 tsp., 1 tsp (remove)
    Parsley, 2 tbsp (remove)
    Winter Squash, 2 cup, cubes (remove)
    Sweet Corn, Fresh, .5 cup (remove)
    Water, tap, 2 cup (8 fl oz) (remove)
    *Thai Kitchen Coconut Milk-1/3 cup, 5 serving (remove)

Directions

Throw everything in a pot heat until all veggies are soft and puree.
