Twice Baked Potato

Ingredients

    Large Potato
    Butter
    Sour Cream
    Cheddar Cheese

Directions

Bake Potatoes for 1 hour in 400 degree oven. Cut in half length wise. Scoop potato out, being careful not to come to close to skin to keep it whole. Mix potato with butter and sour cream. Salt & pepper inside of potato shell, then place filling back into shell. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Reheat in oven for 20 min, or until hot.
