Ham Potatoe Casserole

Introduction

This is a great use for left over ham. This is a great use for left over ham.
Number of Servings: 8

Ingredients

    3 cups sliced white potatoes
    1 cup raw onions sliced
    1 cup cooked ham
    1/4 cup flour
    1 cup non fat milk
    1.5 tbls butter
    salt & pepper

Directions

Slice potatoes and ham and onions and layer in baking dish. Create a roux (white sauce) with flour, butter sald & pepper in saucepan. Once combind add milk to flour mixture and stir until smooth. Pour over the potatoes & ham. Bake at 375 degrees for about 60 minutes or so.

Serving Size: makes 8 1 -cup servings
