1 tbsp of peanut butter,
1/2 cup of prepared sugar free chocolate pudding,
1tbsp of cool whip light
1/2 oz of nuts
spread one tablespoon of peanut butter on top
then place 1./2 cup of pudding on top.
then the cool whip and sprinkle with the nuts.
