Introduction

Ingredients

    1 yellow onion diced
    7 cloves fresh garlic finely chopped
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    3 cans tomato sauce
    1 med zuchinni
    1 med yellow neck sqaush
    1 C sliced mushrooms
    salt to taste
    black pepper to taste
    1 t basil
    1t oregeno

Tips

serve with italian meatballs or miracle noodles


Directions

Combine onion and garlic in large skillet and cook on med heat till onions are translucent. Add remaining ingredients and simmer till veggies are tender.
