Ingredients

    1 packet of Quaker Instant Oatmeal, Weight Control, Maple and Brown Sugar
    1 tsp walnut oil
    1 tsp walnuts, chopped
    1 tsp golden seedless raisins
    1 tbs fat free half & half (preferably Land O' Lakes

Directions

Add oatmeal to microwave-safe bowl. Add walnuts, walnut oil, raisins, and water. Microwave for 50 seconds. Add half & half after cooking and stir!
