This seemed almost like a dessert - SO sweet! We'll try to lower our carbs next time with less sugar. Ran out of ketchup so halved with BarBQ Sauce. Yum! Our pork chops were a little tough - used boneless mini ones and so didn't let it cook as long; perhaps more cooking time tenderizes better. - 12/4/08

I have cooked a couple of recipes from this site and have to admit, this one was the best, I'm going to have a hard time finding one to beat it. Changed the White Vinegar for Wine Vinegar with Raspberries, not sure if it changed the taste but it was awesome and a keeper. and impressed my date :)
