Ingredients


    Cooked chicken breast, 1/4 breast
    Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 Tbsp
    Onions, raw,2 Tbsp
    Carrots, raw, grated 2 Tbsp
    Kraft Mayo Light Mayonnaise , 2 tbsp
    Curry powder, 1 tsp (remove)
    *Raisins, golden seedless,1 Tbsp
    Cashew Nuts, dry roasted, 1 tbsp
    Turmeric, 1/4 tsp

Directions

Cut chicken into cubes. Add the rest of the ingredients and mix well.

Serving Size: 11/2 cup
