Ingredients

    64 oz of San Pellegrino Sparkling Mineral Water with 2 tsp. grated organic ginger root, 1/4 cup of peeled cucumber slices, 1 lemon, 1 lime and Pure Stevia Rebaudiana Leaf Extract.

Tips

I always try to use organic resources whenever possible, but with a family of six, my budget doesn't always allow. Try soaking your produce in a bucket or large bowl of water with a capful of hydrogen peroxide for 20-30 minutes and rinse thoroughly. Of course you can add more or less fruit and stevia according to your taste. You will discover the best flavor if you can refrigerate for 4 hours or more.


Directions

In a glass, 2 quart pitcher add cucumber slices, grate fresh ginger, cut a lemon and lime in half and squeeze all the juice out of one half, zest the skin of that same half, then cut slices from the other half and add slices to the pitcher. Add a half to one dropper of stevia extract and top off with the mineral water. I kept it to 6 ingredients, but if I may suggest a 7th... Fresh mint leaves would make a wonderful addition!
