Asparagus and Cheese

2 cups crushed saltine crackers
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
1 can (10 3/4 oz) condense cream of chicken soup, undiluted
2/3 cup slivered almonths
8 ounces American cheese, cut into cubes
1 1/2 - 2 pounds fresh asparagus, trimmed
This is good and easy, looking for a healthy make over.
I could not find cream of asparagus soup, so used cream of celery. Tasted OK, saw calories were about 10/serving less. not sure if this was a good trade.
Looking for some help. THANKS for any provided.
