4-5 large leaves of kale, rough chop
1 1/2 cups strawberry halves
2 medium bananas, sliced
12 ounces unsweetened almond milk
2/3 cup crushed ice
* Don't be afraid of the kale - you really won't even taste it over the sweetness of the bananas and strawberries (and you'll get some great nutrition!)
* Add a teaspoon of bee pollen, a tablespoon of chia or flax seeds for extra nutrients (and a protein pop)
Layer the ice, kale, bananas, and strawberries into a 32+ ounce blender. Pour unsweetened almond milk over the top.
Blend until smooth, about 1-2 minutes
Serving Size: Makes 2 rouchly 16-18 ounce smoothies
