Broccoli and Cauliflower Salad

Ingredients

    1 head cauliflower
    1 bunch broccoli
    2 carrots
    20 radishes
    8 oz creamy Italian dressing
    4 oz red wine vinegar
    4 oz oil

Tips

The longer it is refrigerated the better it is.


Directions

Break broccoli and cauliflower florets into bite size pieces.Slice carrots and radishes thinly. Combine veggies in large bowl. Mix dressing, vinegar , and oil in small bowl. Add dressing to veggies and mix well. refrigerate for 1 or more hours before serving
