Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

carbalose flour, 40 grams (about 1/4c)

Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein - Vanilla flavor, 7 grams (about 1/3 scoop)

    Baking Powder, 1 tsp

    Water until drop-biscuit consistency

Tips

They go well with "jam" I make from chia seeds and sugar-free drink mix. http://recipes.sparkpeople.com/recipe-detail.asp?recipe=2454024

Directions

I bake these in the toaster over on parchment paper, which prevents sticking, since there's no oil in the recipe.

Depending on how wet the mixture is, they bake about 15-20 min at 350-400 F.

Serving Size: 3-4 small biscuits
