Blueberry Yogurt Parfait for One

Introduction

Ingredients

    1 - 6 oz container 0% fat Greek Yogurt (90-100 cal)
    1/2 cup fresh blueberries
    1/2 tablespoon Honey
    6 roasted almonds, crushed

Tips

Feel free to create two layers using the ingredients in a tall glass to make for a pretty presentation. I've also alternated berries (using 1/4 cup blueberries, 1/4 cup strawberries or 1/4 cup raspberries)


Directions

Put yogurt in serving bowl. Wash and dry the blueberries and place on top the yogurt. Drizzle the honey over the berries. Top with Crushed Almonds.
