Introduction

Breakfast turkey sausage with apple, carrots, celery, onion. Breakfast turkey sausage with apple, carrots, celery, onion.

Ingredients

    1 1b. ground turkey breast
    1 small apple shredded
    2 carrots shredded
    2 stalks of celery shredded
    1/2 onion shredded
    1/2 c. egg whites
    1/2 c. chicken stock
    spices as desired but no salt

Tips

with all the veggies, this will be a loose patty but it will firm up as it cooks.


Directions

mix all ingredients and divide into 8 patties. fry.
