Roasted broccoli

Introduction

Really low fat, but spicy enough to fill you up! Really low fat, but spicy enough to fill you up!
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    1 head broccoli
    1 cup sliced mushrooms
    1 red pepper, diced

    canola oil spray

    salt
    pepper
    roasted red pepper flakes
    other seasoning to taste

Directions

Preheat over to 350 degrees

Chop broccoli to desired size, toss together with mushrooms and red peppers. Spray with cooking spray and season to taste.

Roast on cookie sheet for 40 minutes, turning halfway through

Serving Size: makes 2 servings
