Ingredients

    2 Medium onion, Diced
    2.8 lbs Ground Beef (90/10)
    3 Tbs Minced Garlic
    1 Tbs Cumin
    1 28 oz can Diced Tomato
    1 15 oz can Organic Tomato Sauce
    1 15 oz can Pinto Beans
    1 15 oz can Black Beans
    1 15 oz can Kidney Beans
    1 tsp Sea Salt

Tips

Add fresh cilantro for a nice addition.


Directions

Saute onion, brown Ground Beef.
Drain grease
Add all canned goods and spices.
Simmer for 30 - 45 minutes
