Ingredients

    6 medium sweet potatoes
    6 cups frozen mixed vegetables
    4 tbsp. tahini
    1/4 c. water
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1 cup fresh dill
    1 tbsp. black ad white sesame seeds

Directions

Roast sweet potatoes in the oven for 40 minutes or cube and steam. Steam or boil veggies. Mix tahini, lemon juice and water until frothy. Add some chopped fresh dill.

Assemble bowls by layering sweet potatoes, cooked veggies, chickpeas. Top with tahini sauce and additional chopped fresh dill. YUM!
