Banana Bread Greenie Smoothie

Ingredients

    1/4 c. oatmeal (quick oats)
    1.5 c. fresh spinach or kale (I throw in about 2 handfuls)
    1/8 c. walnuts
    1 tsp cinnamon
    1 medium frozen banana
    Handful ice
    1 c. skim milk (or almond or soy)

Directions

Put all ingredients in blender with milk last over everything and blend until smooth.

Serving Size: Makes approximately 20 oz.
