2 Egg whites 1/4 cup of flour 1/2 tsp Cayenne Pepper 1/2 tsp Salt 4 Cups cornflake cereal crushedd 1 lb of Tilapia fillets
Preheat oven to 425. Lightly beat egg whites. Combine flour, cayenne pepper and salt in a shallow dish. Place crushed cereal in a second shallow dish. Cut each Tilapia fillet into 5 or 6 pieces. Coat pieces in flour, shaking off excess; dip into egg whites and gently place in cereal coating evenly.
Bake 18-20 minutes until golden brown and tilapia flakes easy with a fork.
Serve with Tarter or cocktail sauce and enjoy!!
