Easy No Bake Energy Bites

Introduction

My mom makes these and they remind me of little no bake cookies but I can justify them a little better! I use it as an afternoon energy snack. My mom makes these and they remind me of little no bake cookies but I can justify them a little better! I use it as an afternoon energy snack.
Number of Servings: 30

Ingredients

    1 cup dry oatmeal
    1/2 cup chocolate chips
    1/2 cup peanut butter
    1/3 cup honey
    1/2 cup flaxseed
    1 tsp. Vanilla extract

Tips

I lighten up on the honey and chocolate chips when I want to be a bit healthier.


Directions

Comibe ingredients (I use either my hands or a wooden spoon) until mixed well. Roll mixture into balls. Mine are between 1 and 2 inches. set on wax paper to let dry for a bit and then store in any container for a pre workout snack or morning Go Get'r!
