Introduction

Add all in blender, pulse a few seconds, then run on liquify to desired consistency. Add ice, pulse again to final blend. Add all in blender, pulse a few seconds, then run on liquify to desired consistency. Add ice, pulse again to final blend.

Ingredients

    1 can Dole Tropical Fruit
    1 c. Frozen Blackberries
    1 c. Frozen Whole Strawberries
    1/3 c. Splenda Granulated
    Ice

Tips

If too thick for blender gradually add water or juice. I prefer it thick so it takes so long time to drink all of it.
