Ranch Dressing Mix, dry

Introduction

Add 2 TB dry mix to 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup low fat mayonnaise.

Add 2 TB to lowfat sour cream for a dip
Add 2 TB dry mix to 1 cup buttermilk, 1 cup low fat mayonnaise.

Number of Servings: 25

Ingredients

    1/2 cup dried, minced onion
    2 TB dill weed, dried
    15 Saltines
    1/2 cup onion powder
    1/2 cup garlic salt
    1/4 cup garlic powder
    1/4 cup arrowroot starch

Tips

Calories in this recipe are for the dry mix only.

Amount of arrowroot powder may be adjusted for thickness


Directions

Pulverize minced onion, dill and saltines in a blender or food processor. Combine with remaining ingredients.

Add 2 TB to 1 cup buttermilk and one cup reduced calorie mayonnaise for dressing.

Add 2 TB to 1 cup low or nonfat sour cream plain yogurt for dip.

Serving Size: 2 TB per bath of dressing
