Chicken omlette ( 1 cup serving )

Ingredients

    14 oz. Cooked skinless Chicken Breast
    1 Can - Drained
    10 Tbsp Bacon Bits ( crisp them before adding or they become mushy )
    5 Bell Peppers all colors
    2 Large onions ( add these about 20 mins before you are done cooking so they dont become mushy )
    12 Jumbo/Large eggs
    8 Tbsp Taco Seasoning

Directions

Slow cook everything but the eggs on low for 4 hours min or until chicken is done. cool then add eggs. scoop out into 1 cup ( 2 ladle scoops for me ) and store in seperate containers until ready to eat.
