    100g light greek yogurt
    100g grated cucumber
    6 cloves roasted garlic
    1tbsp lemon juice

Directions

grate and drain the cucumber in a colander. Toast garlic in a cast iron pan, tossing constantly until skins are browned. peel garlic when cool to the touch.
minced the garlic. mix all ingredients fully. chill if not serving immediately
