Ingredients

    1 cup Steel Cut Oats
    2/3 cup Almonds, sliced
    10tbsp Hemp Seeds
    2/3 cup Dried Mission Figs
    2/3 cup Peaches, dried
    2/3 cup Apricots
    8 tbsp Flax Seed
    3/4 cup Raisins

Tips

I generally dump in a cup of Soymilk, though you could also use rice milk, almond milk, cow milk, apple juice, or yogurt.


Directions

Chop up figs, peaches, and apricots and mix everything together

Serving Size: Makes 10 1/2cup servings
