Veggie Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients

    1 tsp coconut oil
    10 oz Jennie O Lean Ground Turkey
    1/2 yellow onion (diced)
    3 to 4 cloves garlic (crushed)
    1 Jar Classico Four Cheese Pasta Sauce
    1 6 oz can Tomato Paste
    1/3 Red Bell Pepper
    1/3 Green Bell Pepper
    6 Mini Sweet Peppers, diced(yellow, orange, red)
    1 tsp oregano
    2 large zucchinis
    2 Carrots (chopped)

Directions

Heat up 1tsp coconut oil and sautee onion & garlic. Add ground turkey and cook completely. Drain any fat and then add jar of pasta sauce, tomato paste, bell peppers, mini , oregano & carrots. Simmer for 45 minutes. Add the zucchini and simmer for another 15 minutes. Serve over wheat pasta
