Karen's Fishka Salad

Ingredients

    1 can of drained sweet corn
    2 cloves of garlic, pressed
    2 oz. of gouda cheese, grated
    3 Tbsp. mayo
    1/2 cup gardettos rye chips

Tips

Can add a can of drained and rinsed kidney beans.


Directions

Mix the first 4 ingredients together. Garnish with rye chips
