1/2 c. Blue Cheese
1/8 c. Parmesan Cheese, grated
1/3 c. cooked bacon pieces
2 TBSP Pine Nuts, toasted
1 Green Pepper, cut in strips
1 small onion, cut in strips
2.5 TBSP Olive Oil
1 TBSP Margarine, soft
1/2 lb. Spaghetti
Drain spaghetti and return to pot. Add the the peppers and onions, bacon pieces, cheeses, pine nuts, margarine, and remaining 1.5 TBSP olive oil. Cook over low heat, stirring constantly until cheese begins to melt and all ingredients combine. Serve with crusty bread.
Makes 4 servings. 400 calories per serving.
