Opal's Broccoli Rice Casserole

Ingredients

    6 cups rice, cooked
    2 10 oz. pkg. frozen chopped broccoli
    2 cans 98% fat free cream of chicken soup
    2 c. shredded cheddar cheese
    1/2 c. butter
    2 T. minced onion (dried)
    salt & pepper
    2 T. lemon juice

Directions

Cook rice. Cook broccoli. Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9x13 casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Makes 27 1/2 c. servings.
