Grilled Chicken w/Cilantro & Spicy Mustard

Introduction

Chicken marinated in cilantro, lime juice, mustard and olive oil. Chicken marinated in cilantro, lime juice, mustard and olive oil.

Ingredients

    2 oz lime juice
    4 Tbl. Cilantro (raw)
    6 tsp. Spicy Mustard
    2 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Sea Salt
    Cracked Black Pepper
    Fresh Whole Chicken

Directions

Marinate:
2 oz lime juice
4 Tbl. Cilantro (raw)
6 tsp. Spicy Mustard
2 Tbl. Extra Virgin Olive Oil
Sea Salt
Cracked Black Pepper

Whole Chicken Cut Into Quarters, Deboned, With Out Skin

Marinate the chicken in a ziplock bag for at least 1 hour.

Grill for approximately 30-40 minutes. About 20 minutes per side on about 375 degrees.
