Beef, bottom round, 12 oz ( 6 thin cut slices )
Provolone 42% lower sodium Boar's Head, 6 serving (remove)
Spinach, fresh, 1 cup (remove)
Portabella Mushrooms, 28 grams (remove)
Onions, raw, .25 cup, chopped (remove)
Garlic powder, 2 tbsp (remove)
Pepper, black, 1 tbsp (remove)
dice mushrooms, and onoins finely and saute them and let cool.
rinse sliced steak and spread tsp of mushroom mix on each steak with a dash of garlic and pepper and one slice of provolone, and a layer of spinch and roll up. place in baking pan and bake 20
