Ingredients

    Bulgar,
    lentils
    3 yellow onions
    mint
    olive oil
    2 cups water

Tips

seems like a lot of onions, but the onions flavor the recipe


Directions

carmelize onions in olive oil
soak and cook lentils according to package instructions
soak bulgar in hot water for 10 minutes
once onions are carmelized, add bulgar, lentils and water and mint, and simmer until water reduces

Serve, no need to bake
