Ingredients

    6 oz shrimp, peeled
    2 small onions, chopped to skewer
    6 mini sweet bell peppers, chopped to skewer
    options for spices to taste: cayenne pepper, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, chili powder

Tips

Mix and match your spices for different flavors!


Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Skewer shrimp, onions and peppers
Sprinkle with seasonings as desired
Bake for 15 minutes, turning once. Check doneness of meat
