Chicken egg drop millet soup

Ingredients

    1/4 c. uncooked millet
    3 oz. chicken breast, chopped
    1/5 c. diced carrots
    1 c. each of diced celery and onions
    7 c. chicken broth
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 egg and 1/4 c. egg whites beaten together
    Once cooked, stir eggs into soup

Directions

Bring chicken broth to a boil. Add all ingredients, except eggs and let simmer on medium heat. Once millet and vegetable are soft. Add egg mixture to soup while stirring. Turn off the heat.
