Introduction

Easy one pot meal, contains chicken, mushrooms and peas. Easy one pot meal, contains chicken, mushrooms and peas.
Number of Servings: 4

Ingredients

    4 skinless, bonelss chicken thighs
    1 tbsp. olive oil
    2 tbsp. soy sauce
    1 1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp thyme
    1/2 tsp basil
    8 oz fresh mushrooms
    1/2 cup chicken broth
    10 oz. frozen peas

Tips

Also a good option for the crock pot, just add all ingredients and cook on low.


Directions

Place olive oil, spices and soy sauce in the bottom of baking dish, coat each thigh in this sauce. Place mushrooms on top of chicken and add chicken broth. Bake at 375 for 55 minutes, add thawed and drained peas and bake for another 10 minutes.
