Introduction

Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 large potatoes
    1 tsp ground cumin
    1 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp pepper
    1 tsp olive oil

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F.

Dice potatoes into pieces roughly 1" by 1" or smaller. Place in a bowl and add olive oil, cuin, salt, and pepper. Mix together to coat the potatoes with the oil and mix the spices throughout.

Spread out on pan so that the potatoes are not piled up and bake for 25 minutes at 400 degrees F.
