Ingredients

    Dry Mustard, 0.5 tsp
    Lemon juice, 4 tbsp
    Lea & Perrins, Worcestershire Sauce, 1 tsp
    Garlic, 3 clove (remove)
    Olive Oil, 1 cup (remove)
    Rice wine vinegar, 2 tbsp
    Pepper, black, .5 tsp
    1 tbsp great value grated parmesan cheese, 4 tbsp

Directions

Need a blender to make this.
In blender combine the garlic, mustard, lemon juice, Worcestershire sauce. Blender until it is smooth. With the blender still running, pour in the oil, in a small, narrow stream. The dressing will begin to emulsify, thicken and become creamy like mayonnaise. Measure in the pepper, Parmesan cheese, and salt to taste. Blend briefly to mix in the seasonings. Scrape the dressing into a pint sized jar. Store in the fridge.

Serving Size: makes 10- 2 tbsp servings
