Seitan Meatballs

Submitted by: SHOBAN5

Introduction

I developed these "meatballs" using my other base recipe for "Seitan meat substitute, recipe (by SHOBAN5)". The finished flavor surprisingly reminded me of Trader Joe's vegetarian meatballs which have always been a favorite of mine.
