Deli Chopped Salad

Ingredients

    3 cups finely chopped romaine lettuce leaves
    1/2 cup (2 oz) lean, low sodium deli-style turkey
    1/3 cup (1.5 oz) lean, low sodium deli-style roast beef
    1/3 cup (1.5 oz) diced lowfat mozzarella cheese
    1/2 cup finely chopped, seeded tomato
    1/4 cup loosely packed fresh basil leaves, finely chopped
    3 tbsp finely chopped red onion
    2 tbsp low-fat Italian salad dressing
    Red pepper flakes, to taste

Directions

In a large serving bowl, combine the lettuce, turkey, beef, cheese, tomato, basil, onion and dressing. Toss to coat ingredients with the dressing. Season with pepper flakes, if desired. Serve immediately.
