Glazed Pork Chops

Ingredients

    4 4 oz. pork chops (boneless)
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp cayenne
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1/2 tsp paprika
    1/2 tsp salt
    1/2 tsp black pepper

Tips

Be sure to swirl the cooked meat around in the glaze before serving.


Directions

Preheat the oven to 350. Mix your sugar and spices in a bowl. Rub generously on your pork chops (use all the seasoning up). Warm 2 Tbsp of olive oil on medium high heat, place pork chops in the pan. Cook on each side for 5 minutes, or until nice and brown. Remove from pan and place on a foil lined oven pan (pour glaze over meat). Bake an additional 5 minutes to ensure the meat is cooked thoroughly.
