Introduction

Low fat with wheat & flax seed Crockpot Low fat with wheat & flax seed Crockpot
Number of Servings: 20

Ingredients

    1 bag of beans (kidney and mixed)
    1 c wheat
    1/4 c flaxseeds
    1 lb lean ground beef
    1 onion
    3 garlic cloves, crushed
    1 tbsp salt
    1 bag frozen yellow corn
    2 cans diced tomatoes with basil, garlic & oregano
    chili powder to taste

Directions

Cook beans, wheat and flax seed in water in crock pot all day until soft. Once soft fry up ground beef, onion, salt and garlic. add to beans. Add corn, tomatoes and chili powder. Cook 5 mins. Serve hot.
