Blueberry Banana Smoothie

Introduction

Creamy smoothie with spinach, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, and other good stuff. Creamy smoothie with spinach, frozen bananas, frozen blueberries, and other good stuff.

Ingredients

    2 cups unsweetened vanilla almond milk
    1 cup fresh spinach
    1/4 cup Fage 2% Greek yogurt
    1 T ground flaxseed
    1 frozen sliced banana
    1 cup frozen unsweetened blueberries
    1 scoop whey protein powder (vanilla)

Tips

We like blueberries but you can change it up with whatever berries you like. Mixed frozen berries are very good in this smoothie. You can also decrease calories by using fat-free yogurt.


Directions

Add all ingredients to blender and blend until smooth.
