Panfried Redskin Potatoes

Introduction

One of my childhood favorites made with love by both of my parents One of my childhood favorites made with love by both of my parents
Number of Servings: 2

Ingredients

    2 small to medium redskin potatoes washed, diced/sliced
    1 tbsp virgin olive oil
    1/2 of 1/4 tsp of seasoned salt (any kind)
    1 tsp each of garlic and onion powder
    1/4 tsp fine grounded black or white pepper
    2 to 4 tbsp water

Directions

In cooking skillet, heat oil add potatoes and seasoning, cover cooking on low to medium heat, turning every 10 mins.

Add water 2 tbsp at a time (optional) to soften and cook longer.





Serving Size: 1 cup or 2- 1/2 cups
