Coconut Almond chia pudding

Ingredients

    1-1/4 cup Unsweetened Vanilla Almond Milk
    1-1/4 cup Unsweetened Coconut Milk
    3 tbsps Agave nectar
    1 tsp Ground cinnamon
    1/2 cup Chia seeds

Tips

Top with toasted almond slices or toasted coconut shreds (not calculated in nutrition info here)


Directions

1. In a 1-quart jar, combine the almond milk, coconut milk beverage, agave nectar and cinnamon. Mix well.

2. Add the chia seeds, close the jar tightly with a lid, and shake well to combine.

3. Refrigerate for at least 4 hours. Check occasionally and stir so that all ingredients are well combined.
