Introduction

Great for breakfast and an afternoon pick-me-up. Great for breakfast and an afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients

    1 1/2 cup raw kale
    1/2 cucumber, peeled
    1/2 fresh apple, skin on
    2 -3 fresh mint leaves
    1 cup water
    2 tbsp ground flax seed

Tips

Add protein powder to make a complete meal. Berries and seasonal fruits are good, too.
