Ingredients



    Brown Sugar, .25 cup, unpacked
    Apples, fresh, 1 large (3-1/4" dia)
    Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    Water, tap, .12 cup (8 fl oz) Half a 1/4 cup approx.
    1 TBSP of smart balance lite

Directions

Peel, chop apple in cubes- put into saucepan with water and cinnamon and cook until softening, throw in sugar and smart balance and cook until apples are soft and sauce is thick. Serve hot on pancakes or waffles and probably good on ice cream, too.
